This 8-week training is designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball. The 90 minutes sessions are offered to Elementary, Middle, and High school student-athletes. Midway through the session fundamentals taught are developed into skills that are utilized in games as they complete the training session. This program is also good for those who may not have made their local AAU or Travel team.
Summer basketball skills development is an extension of our Spring Basketball Skills program. Students work hard to enhance their skills learned in the spring along with developing their basketball IQ in more game situations. New students are welcome to begin their fundamental training and skills development. This is an 8 week session offered to elementary, middle and high school student athletes.
BTS is known as Back To School. BTS is designed to enhance and develop the fundamental skills of youth athletes 8-18 years old. The BTS program is offered to elementary and middle school player (beginners to advance) during their developmental years. This 90 minute 6-week training program is designed to:
Introduce, develop and maintain physical fitness in youth
Teach the basketball fundamental
Identify future athletes to compete competitively
#BTS is hosted from September to November and is conducted at an area Montgomery County public school gym. Athletes participate in Speed, Agility and Strength training, Basketball Skills enhancement, and Basketball IQ development. Participants must maintain a weekly workout log to participate in the program.
